This one almost requires post processing. Take a picture, then edit it so that everything except the subject is black and white. The subject can be anything. Some cameras have the ability to do this as the picture is taken. If yours doesn't have this, the picture will have to be post processed with your favorite software to remove the color from everything except the subject. The subject doesn't need to be one color. However, the fewer colors in the subject, the more dramatic the photo will be.
