Reach for the Sky: Vines & Climbing Plants

Challenge #189 in the Life in the Natural World series. Hosted by RuthC.
Challenge has finished
This challenge is all about those interesting plants which rely on the support from other plants or structures to head skywards, because their stems are usually thin and can't support their own weight. Show us examples of vines, climbers, the leaves or tendrils, flowers or seeds. Macro or close-ups welcome. Small insects or spiders can be present, but should not dominate the picture. Size of entry, MAXIMUM: 1,600 pixels on the longer side.
