Capture date rules: No restrictions. Additional rules: Image has not been submitted to a previous DP challenge. Criterion for disqualification would be quite subjective (unscientific, not math-based), but the driving rule is: any more than what I perceive as more than 10% of the depth of field to be in focus, will cause DQ. Example: image is of a flower with a wall as background. distance from camera to wall (farthest point from camera) is 1 meter. If I perceive the DOF to be more than 10 cm, image will be DQ'd.
