USA bag brand Think Tank Photo has launched a collection of daypacks and a new holster designed specifically for mirrorless camera systems. There will be three new bags in the Perception series of small backpacks, and they will be available in sizes that range from the Perception Tablet that is suitable for a body, lenses and a mini tablet, to the Perception Pro which holds a tablet, a 15-inch laptop and a large mirrorless body with a collection of lenses. The Perception 15 holds a 15-inch laptop, a tablet and a body with zoom and a spare lens.

Each of the bags is available in black or taupe, and will feature a water-repellent coating on the exterior and a polyurethane coating in the inner surface of the material. The bags will use YKK RC zippers and will feature a breathable padded airflow harness, a tripod strap and pocket, as well as removable pockets and pull-string closing compartments.

The Digital Holster 5 offers a choice of shoulder bag format or it can be attached to a belt. Think Tank says it is suitable for a medium sized mirrorless body with a lens attached, and gives an example of an Olympus OM-D E-M5 with 12-50mm lens, as well as smaller cameras. Again, made with water-repellent materials and YKK RC zips, the Digital Holster 5 is designed to allow quick access to a camera via the topside opening. The bag comes with a number of small pockets and a removable soft pad to protect the rear of the camera and the LCD screen.

The Perception bags will be priced $89.75, $119.75 and $149.75, while the Digital Holster 5 will retail at $39.75.
