PhotoShelter has launched 'The Professional's Guide to Food Photography,' a new free guide dedicated to the art and business of photographing food. The guide includes tips for breaking into the industry, in-depth interviews with food photographers and a how-to on building a portfolio. Alex Lau, Bon Appetit's in-house photographer, provides some insight on working for one of the largest food publications in the world, and Henry Hargreaves shares his perspective on contemporary food photography.

'The Professional's Guide to Food Photography' was produced in partnership with the International Association of Culinary Professionals. Those interested can get the guide for free from PhotoShelter's website; an email address is required, as the guide is delivered via email as a PDF.
