British mobile photographer Nettie Edwards has set a new precedent by having her iPhone 4S work shown at the Fox Talbot Museum in Lacock Abbey, Wiltshire, England.

The museum celebrates the life and work of William Henry Fox Talbot, the inventor of an early photographic process called calotype. The current exhibition, "Arrangements in Black and Grey: Black and White Photography in the 21st Century," explores the use of black and white compositions in modern digital photography, including the work of Edwards. 

Edwards' iPhone 4S photos range from intimate portraits to abstract shapes. The Fox Talbot Museum chose to display some of her most powerful landscapes and architectural scenes, as shown below. For the full story on the exhibition, check out The App Whisperer
