Nikon has announced the launch of its Nikon School in UK. The company's education and training program that has been popular in the US for a decade will start in London from April 2013. It will offer photography courses, from beginner to advanced, to product specific courses and workshops. The company is currently offering £20 discount for online bookings.
Nikon UK Launches Nikon School London
UK, London, 1st March 2013: Nikon UK today announces its plan to open the Nikon School in London, in April 2013. The Nikon School will be based in the new Nikon Centre of Excellence located in central London, just two minutes from Oxford Circus.
John Walshe, General Manager at Nikon UK, says: “Nikon is committed to innovating and developing the very best in photographic technology. With the new Nikon School in London our aim is to provide training courses that inspire photographers to learn, explore and maximise their creative potential."
He adds, “By creating a Nikon training facility in the heart of central London, we're able to offer everyone increased access to the very latest Nikon equipment in a fantastic photographic environment.”
A new training course programme will be launched to coincide with the opening of the Nikon School and will include a range of courses from "Introduction to Photography", to more advanced product specific courses. The Nikon School will also offer courses on Saturdays.The Nikon Centre of Excellence will also be a meeting venue and point of contact for professional photographers who are members of the Nikon Professional Services (NPS) group, for technical support and advice.
