EZ Prints announced today that it has been selected by Digital Camera Network (DCN) to provide e-photofinishing services for DCN customers as part of DCN's recently announced ``PC-free,'' ``Shoot-2-Print(TM) Solution. This e-photofinishing service will fully integrate with the ''Shoot-2-Print`` Solution so customers of DCN can easily and conveniently order photographic prints to be processed within 24 hours and delivered directly to their home or office.
EZ Prints will utilize its state-of-the-art photographic systems to provide a range of print options to customers of DCN. Customers of DCN can select from a range of print sizes (4 x 6, 5 x 7, 8x10); novelty items (mouse pads, photo mugs, photo puzzles, T-shirts) and photo greeting cards (holiday cards, birth, wedding etc). Growth of Digital Products Drives Need for Partnerships
The consumer digital camera market is experiencing phenomenal growth. According to a new report from Imerge Consulting Group, in Belmont California, digital camera manufacturers sold more than 2 million units in the US (not including toy cameras) in 1999. According to surveys conducted by Lyra Research, Inc., worldwide revenue from the sale of digital products and services will grow to $4.6 billion in 2002.
