How did you get started in underwater photography?
My uncle ran a snorkel tour boat in Bermuda that I spent a lot of time on as a child, and that's where my fascination with the ocean started. I started SCUBA diving at 12, but later in my mid-twenties I started getting a bit bored with it. I decided I'd try taking a camera underwater to see if that would add something to the diving experience to make it fun and new again. I started seeing things I'd never seen before, simply by being focused through the viewfinder and slowing down. I fell in love with it and haven't dove without a camera since.
