Show us your best shot of 2014
The end of the year is traditionally a time for retrospection. It's also a great time to look back at your personal photo library and revisit the places you went over the past year. Whether it includes a personal project, a memorable trip or snapshots from the year's activities, chances are there's a photo in your collection that you're particularly proud of.
We're looking to share some of our readers' favorite shots of the year on our homepage. If you've got an image you'd like to be considered, upload it to a DPR gallery with the tag 'my-best-shot-2014'. Get your photos submitted by Friday, January 9th and DPR staff will pick a handful of our favorites to showcase on the front page of the site. Here's how to submit your photo for consideration:
- If you don't already have one, create a DPReview account. If you're already registered, make sure you're logged in.
- Upload your photo to your gallery. Make sure permissions are set to 'Public'.
- Add a basic description with your image (click the pencil icon to edit title and description).
- Add the tag 'my-best-shot-2014' to the image.
Take a look at all photo submissions tagged with 'my-best-shot-2014'. Our favorites will be published on the homepage.
