Tamrac launches rugged-looking photo messenger bags
Apache Photo Messenger Bags
Combines the rugged look of the old west with modern styling, materials and features
Tamrac's new Apache Series are discreet, comfortable, lightweight photo messenger bags that offer superior organisation and equipment protection. The outer material is tough, durable sailcloth that is lightweight, waterproof and has a soft, supple feel. The designs are comfortable to carry and provide fast access to camera gear and accessories. Tough Hypatex bases provide maximum resistance to abrasion and moisture. The roomy zippered front pockets feature numerous internal organizer pockets to hold hard drives, cables, memory cards, batteries and other personal items.
The series consists of 3 models:
- The Apache 2 Photo Messenger holds and protects a compact DSLR camera with 18-55mm lens attached, an extra lens (such as 55-200mm), a small flashgun, accessories and personal items. It is also perfect for mirrorless camera systems.
- The Apache 4 Photo Messenger holds a DSLR with lens attached (up to 11.5cm long), 1 or 2 extra lenses, a 10” tablet, accessories and personal items.
- The Apache 6 Photo Messenger protects a DSLR with lens attached (up to 15cm), 2 or 3 extra lenses, flashgun, tablet or 12x 9.5” laptop and accessories.
The Apache 4 and 6 have internal foam-padded pockets to hold a small laptop or tablet, expanding side pockets to hold a water bottle or accessories, a silent closure system that allows the front flap to be quiet, and Tamrac's Piggy-Back Pocket™ which allows them to be slipped over the handle of rolling luggage.
