A few weeks ago we got a hands-on look at the Leica S Type 007, a camera that brings a CMOS sensor to Leica's medium format S-series for the first time. Its 37.5MP 45 x 30mm sensor boasts ISO sensitivity up to 12,500 and the camera's Maestro II image processor allows 3.5 fps shooting, making it the fastest camera in its class. We took the S and a pair of lenses (APO-Macro-Summarit-S 120mm F2.5 and Summarit-S 70mm F2.5, behaving as 96mm and 56mm equivalents thanks to a 0.8x crop factor) out for a spin - check out our gallery.
