Sigma has announced a compact full-frame L-mount mirrorless camera. The 'fp' features a 24.6MP BSI-CMOS sensor with a traditional Bayer color filter. We understand that that an L-mount Foveon-based camera is also in development.
At its launch event in Japan, Sigma published an updated roadmap for its L-mount lenses. According to the presentation by CEO Kazuto Yamaki, 14 lenses will be available by the end of 2020.
Sigma has announced the 14-24mm F2.8 Art for L-mount and Sony E-mount, coming in August. It features a rear filter holder and like its Art-series peers, offers splash and dustproof construction.

A cosplay photo shoot raised concerns on a California beach when a model was seen carrying a rifle around without any indication it wasn't a real gun.
