Soulumination is a non-profit organization that provides life-affirming legacy photography to families facing serious medical conditions, completely free of charge. This video shares the work they are doing.
I find photography to be the perfect way to combine my creative drive with my geeky side. My training is in architecture and engineering, and I quickly added architectural photography to my resume. As I forged a circuitous route through engineering, architecture, IT consulting and business management, I eventually allowed people to get into my frame and added lifestyle, portrait and event photography to my portfolio. I co-founded Mamas with Cameras to build a community of learning and sharing with local women photographers, and I am passionate about my work as a photographer and board member for Soulumination, a non-profit organization offering free professional portraiture to children and families facing life-threatening conditions. When I am not working, I am busy chasing my family around with a camera.
