At ISO 400 any resolution advantage of that extra million pixels has been lost to noise and noise reduction. In fact looking at the images blown up like this the H9 actually looks softer and less detailed thanks to some really heavy-handed noise reduction that - whilst very effective in removing noise - is doing terrible things to fine detail too. In a normal sized print you can't really see the difference, but on-screen (or printed big) the softness and detail smearing is obvious.
