Camera Menus
![]() |
The A57's menus are grouped into seven sections; Stills, Movie, Custom, Playback, Memory, Clock, and Setup. The left and right arrows on the multi-controller jump between menus while the up and down (or control dial) scroll through them. It's very easy to navigate once you're used to it. |

Still Shooting menu
The still shooting menu provides for configuration of settings which will affect the final image file as well as the behavior of some of the automatic settings. The most commonly used of these options can also be accessed using the customizable Function buttons or by pressing one of the direct access buttons. The options for each item are revealed by pressing the center button on the multi-controller. Settings that are not available in the current shooting mode are still visible but grayed out.
