At ISO 400 the GX100's output starts to look distinctly ropey; the combined effects of noise and noise reduction have taken their toll on both detail and color (which is already looking desaturated). Our experiences with the GX100 were that wherever possible you want to keep to ISO 400 or below, and as the crops above show, even in a well-lit studio you're sacrificing a lot for that extra sensitivity.
