Opinion

I did a lot of research before buying this camera and it definately is the best value in it's price range. You get tons of features, the 10x zoom and excellent lens quality in comparison to the other models. I haven't tried all of the features yet, there are simply so many, but because it is so easy to use in the preset modes a novice shouldn't feel intimidated. I have just ventured into the digital world and am very pleased with the image quality and enjoy the versatility of the easy to use software that comes with this camera.

Problems

I find when taking pictures in lowlight conditions the viewfinder & led screen goes very dark and it's difficult to compose and focus, you really just have to trust the "in focus" signal in the viewfinder. The images usually do turn out okay anyway. I'm sure you can use manual settings to overcome this but if you just want to snap away it takes time to go in and manually chose your settings.
