OpinionJust released in Hong Kong on 1 Dec. You can't beat the price compared for entry level DSLRs. The functionalities will keep the novice busy for a while. The consrtruction is a bit on the below average when compared with the Canon 400D or Pentax K100D or Sony A100, but those cameras are 5% (Pentax) to 20% (Canon) more expensive. Gaining access to some of the functions does take a bit of navigating thru the sub-menus or pressing the FN button in combination with the INFO button and then using the NAVIGATION cursor. So after 3 steps "voila" you've finally arrived. Picture quality is excellent for good lighting situations. Its a bit noisy a ISO level 800. Overall a great beginner camera. |
