In shooting and play mode you can press the Fn button to display a 'quick access' function menu.

You can initiate a 'digital preview' during white balance selection which allows you to take a shot of the scene (without being saved) which can then be previewed with each of the white balance settings.
Press the right button to apply white balance fine tuning. [Example]

When selecting Auto ISO you can turn the rear dial to set the maximum ISO or the front dial to set the minimum ISO. [Example]
By default the K20D uses 1 EV steps, you can set it to use the same steps as the other exposure values (1/2 or 1/3 EV steps). In Sensitivity Priority mode, this happens anyway.

Pressing the 'OK' button from the function menu (in record mode), brings up the Custom image menu. At any point pressing the shutter release allows you to preview the effects of your changes in the background.
Selects from one of the preset custom images styles. The default varies depending on the language chosen and will be either 'Bright' or 'Natural.'

Adjusts saturation in color modes.
In monochrome mode, the camera varies the amount of information taken from the sensor's Red, Green and Blue channels in order to mimics the effect of placing different colored filters in front of the lens.
Hue/Toning

In color modes, 'Hue' shifts the hue in color modes. Toning 'warms' or 'cools' the tint applied to mono images

Play mode function menu
The Pentax K10D was one of the first DSLRs to give allow post-shot RAW to JPEG conversions. It's still one of the only ones to allow such a broad range of parameter changes and the ability to output as uncompressed TIFF files.
JPEG only - Applies a series of post-processing effects to output. [Example]
