This is our standard studio scene comparison shot taken from exactly the same tripod position. Lighting: daylight simulation, >98% CRI. Crops are 100%. Ambient temperature was approximately 22°C (~72°F).

Once again the detail levels are similar but the Sony DSLR-A100 demonstrates an advantage in the sharpness and clarity of edge detail, this can be seen most noticeably in the first and fourth crops. That said you can see that the K10D delivers just as much detail in the crop of the 'countryside scene' from the Bailey's bottle (sixth).
