At ISO 400 all three cameras are suffering from the effects of noise - and more importantly of noise reduction, which means fine detail is taking quite a hit. Panasonic has chosen to keep luminance noise down in order to produce the cleanest image here, though has lost some detail in the process. The Fuji has been a little more subtle in its approach, allowing luminance noise to create a slight grain pattern. Chroma noise is starting to appear in the black areas but the image isn't too badly affected by it.

The Olympus, meanwhile, is struggling with quite a lot of luminance noise and a drastic drop in contrast. Chroma noise is well controlled but overall the image is starting to look pretty washed-out.
