The differences between the E-PL1 and the E-P2 are all to be seen finest details. The lighter anti-aliasing filter means the E-PL1 can capture finer detail than its more expensive sibling. The third crop shows both the benefits and costs of this approach, with the E-PL1 describing the pattern with greater fidelity but also showing hints of moiré - an interference patterns giving a false blue color to the tip of the nose.
