This is our standard studio scene comparison shot taken from exactly the same tripod position. Lighting: daylight simulation, >98% CRI. Crops are 100%. Ambient temperature was approximately 22°C (~72°F).

Other than the difference in magnification caused by the higher resolution of the E-620 (the image is framed in the same way, so there are more pixels to describe each part of the image), there aren't any major differences between the two cameras. Even looking at the finest detail in the scene, there's no real distinction between them.
