There's not a lot to choose between these results; Panasonic's unusual approach to noise reduction retains a lot more luminance noise but causes unsightly chroma smearing and color bleeding, whereas the Nikon result looks very soft and has visible noise. Neither camera is producing output you'd want to use for anything serious.
