Setup menu

Some changes here - a couple of new languages (hello Czech!) and no USB mode option anymore, but most notably, the D3S gains a new image sensor cleaning option and the various 'voice memo' functions that previously cluttered up the D3's menu have been consolidated into a single setting. A green superscript one (¹) indicates the default setting.
