At ISO 400 the effects of noise - and noise reduction - have taken their toll on both images (although again it is obvious the FZ5 is retaining much more fine detail). I'm no fan of Panasonic's 'watercolor' effect noise reduction, but next to the Kodak image it's obviously in a completely different class.
