At the highest ISO settings things really get nasty on both cameras. It's difficult to judge which image looks better, you're being caught between a rock and a hard place. Most image detail has been smeared into nirvana without eliminating the noise. To be brutally honest, these settings are best avoided on either camera unless there's definitely no other alternative.
