These two shots were taken approximately three minutes apart and in that time a cloud had darkened the area behind the bridge. Hence the 20D metered a third stop slower shutter speed than the 10D, in addition the 10D's image appears slightly brighter and exhibits slightly less dynamic range. Noise wise the 20D image looks cleaner especially in shadow areas.
