Again there's not a huge difference, and again these are pretty good for ISO 400 on a chip this small, suggesting that Sony's new Clear Raw noise reduction is a slight improvement on previous systems. That said, the noise reduction is having to work a little harder on the 7MP H5 image than the 6MP H2 shot, so although the noise is measurably lower on the H5, the effect of noise reduction is slightly more obvious. Usable at a pinch (certainly for small prints), the H5's ISO 400 output is better than we expected, but the H2 - to my eye - looks slightly better.
