At ISO 400 the differences are slightly more pronounced, thanks to Sony's much heavier noise reduction, which produces a superficially cleaner-looking image, but one with marginally less fine detail and slightly more obvious noise reduction artefacts. That said, again the differences are not of a magnitude that would show in a print, and I think Sony has done a good job of balancing the desire to keep noise controlled with the need to retain detail from the scene. There is very little desaturation, and the noise reduction isn't too overbearing. Compared to many modern small sensor cameras this is actually a pretty good result.
