This is our standard studio scene comparison shot taken from exactly the same tripod position. Lighting: daylight simulation, >98% CRI. Crops are 100%. Ambient temperature was approximately 22°C (~72°F). Camera settings as per previous pages.

In direct contrast to the JPEG output of these two cameras, ACR renders the Pentax's colors more gently, while getting a little over-enthusiastic with the Sony's. And that's essentially the only difference between the two. ACR's default settings are lending the Sony greater contrast, which emphasizes the slightly improved detail the Sony appears to have captured. Again, there differences would be infinitesimal if printed.
