This is our standard studio scene comparison shot taken from exactly the same tripod position. Lighting: daylight simulation, >98% CRI. Crops are 100%. Ambient temperature was approximately 22°C (~72°F). Camera settings as per previous pages.

As per the previous page both images look sharper than JPEG's straight from the camera, but in this case the improvement in the E-410 image is somewhat less than the D40X. This is perhaps most noticeable in the finer textures of the image. That said, in a print these fine differences would be as good as indistinguishable
