Okay, I've been using the a57 & a65 for the past 4 1/2 yrs and have never tried Long Exposure photography and would like to try it.. I've seen several videos, stating that camera should be in Bulb mode, ok, understand and they say have the F stop at f/11... ok, tell me how in the heck can you set the f-stop while in bulb mode, you'll have to bear with me on understanding this stuff for I had 2 heart attacks and a mild stroke last year, and things are still a bit scrambled upstairs for me......

While reading through the available A68 manuals clears most of the things, one thing that's not mentioned anywhere is its buffer size. I hope its not a huge downsize from A77ii as except for A58(5 frames of JPEG+RAW); A77, A65 and A57 has decent sized buffers(13, 13, and 18 frames JPEG+RAW respectively). Anyone has any experience with it?

Hi all, considering upgrading to A99 but the studio comparison tool on this website shows that A57 looks sharper than the A99, at least to my eye. What do you guys see? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ just some photos!:-)

I am able to get my hands on an unused A77 for about $250. My question is how would you consider its performance in current scenario? I currently shoot with A57 and find it to be excellent performer for what i paid. I don't use more than ISO800 as i personally find it noisy above that. My main interest is wildlife and landscape, and i tend to use a tripod for low light shots. How would A77 stack up against my current camera? Another option is to go for A77ii, but not sure is how much will i...

Dear all, I'm a former semi-professional photographer (still and wedding, mostly) from Italy, that used to take pictures for paying its College studies (we're lucky from that pov, just 12-15k euros for a medical school). Afetr graduating, I had to sell all my Canon gear and medium format anaogue equipment (and relative darkroom) because I had to move and for getting married; some time later, my wife gave me a gift: an alpha-57 with a kit lens. No gift could have been better: I really like the...

Hello! Just to give you guys a bit of a background background, I don't know much about cameras, and I know less about shooting videos, but I've been using Sony A57 with no problem for the past few years for my blog. Recently, I've decided to start a Youtube channel that would involve filming myself, so I need to be able to constantly check that I am in focus (makeup reviews and tutorials mostly). I was going to use my Sony A57 until I realized two problems: 1) A57's LCD screen faces...
