Hi, I know, there have been numerous threads about A7 already, but hey they are the hot topic still today and this is a Sony gear forum so we cannot really cry about it either... I currently own A55 with couple of lenses but most importantly the DT16-50/f2.8. Then also a NEX-C3 with kit lens as well as a few MF Rokkors. I love both combos. I love the versatility of the A55 with the zoom lens for landscape, city sightseeing, indoor photography, etc. I also love the fast manual primes with the...
Hi All - I'm relatively new to DSLRs and photography and would really appreciate some advice here. I own a Sony A57 and have been using the Sony 18-250mm lens pretty much exclusively over the past 11 months. I've been learning more about the basics of photography and using the camera lately I noticed some of the limitations of the 18-250 lens. I am coming from using an A100 + 18-200 (5 years) and a GH2 + 7-14 + CZ 21/2.8 (2.5 years). I am passing my Four Thirds and Micro Four Thirds stuff to a friend and taking the opportunity to upgrade my system (the A100 is with my father now). I bought the GH2 thinking I would love the smaller size and video, but find that neither was as important to me as I thought. That said, I still have a NEX-5n (wife's, but I use it). I'm not that impressed by the operation of it, but I love the output...
