I had an Fd-87 and exhanged it for the FD-75. The 75 had been around longer and had , what I thought were, better features and was also less expensive. It lived up to my expectations, right up to picture quality. I was sorely disappointed. It too has been returned. Next stop..Fd-92. Problems: Somewhat power hungry in comparison with the 87.

I boght this camera last year and I have been using it since then. Its ease to use is wonderful and i could learn how to use it within a few minutes. The number of (useful) features and the image quality is quite satisfactory within its price range. A nice buy! Problems: none

The FD75 is the first digital camera I have ever owned. It is simply great. The disk is good because no cables, simply load in drive, click on my computer, double click and files are now ready to use. Problems: none

A good Camera to start digital photography. I was skeptical at first, but it's a really good camera all around. Sure, there's some pixillation at higher zoom, but that's to be expected. i Highly recommend this camera. Problems: a little grainy at high zoom.

I took this camera on A working witness trip with my church to SouthAfrica . sure appreciated the multivoltage charger ' and being able to use inexpensive discs i took over 1200 images and duplicated some of these for others. This is the first dig camera i have ever used so not sure about pic quality my wife complains about details of faces but maybe it is just me Problems: viewing window cannot be made bright enough it bright sunlight

A good camera for the beginer to digital photography. Durable camera will stand up to heavy use (try not to drop it though). If you are looking at getting better image quality you may want to save your money for a better camera. Problems: Disk errors, long focus times/not focusing at all, pictures are somewhat unclear when tripod or other solid objects are not used to brace the camera

Had to weigh out the options that were important to me. I like the rechargeable battery vs. the AA battery that most other cameras use. Also Not having to connect to the computer via any cables. The Floppy save works good for me though a bit slow. The 10x zoom gets me right in there. Over all I enjoy using this camera

Purchased this camera because of the 10x zoom and ease of using floppies that allow me to go on clicking till i exhaust my box of floppies. Great for outdoor photography which i do very often. Also good macro capability and the 'Sony' quality as bonus. Problems: inacurate colors while taking photos under flourescent tubelights. no other problem

After using a Mavica 73 for 2 years the screen died. The extended warrinty I have covered repairs, but it took two weeks and I convinced the Sony Store guy to give me one of these for the mean time. Other than the fact that i had to be extra careful (because if i broke it, i bought it) it worked well. I got what i expected. IT IS THE SAME CAMERA AS TH MVC73 but with a silver casing instead of grey.
