What a small Sony Cybr-shot! The U30 has 2.0MP, different scene and flash modes and a useful burst mode and picture effects. A superb consyruction of a mix of plastic and metal offsets the very small 1" LCD screen. Though there's no optical or digital zoom, photos will still look quite nice. Problems: Needs a adaptor to use newer Memory Stick cards

Not great image quality, but I find that I carry this camera around more than any other because of it's small size. I've used it alot on vacations, hikes and to take group shots in restaurants or bars.

It is very small & handy, but you need to hold it very still to get a good shot inside. The flash is very good for its size.

You could also use AAA batteries though they don't garantee the performance. If you have 128MB memory card and a few spare batteries, you are good to go. It is a visual bookmark like Sony said. Problems: No ...
