I got this camera as soon as it came out. mostly because of its size and features. The quality is great ONLY if the external conditions are good. Its horrible at night, with no flash or in and movement! too sensible for anything. If is not a bright day you can be sure of a blur picture. For it's price it is the worst deal I have ever done. Problems: no image stability at all poor images at night auto balance sucks horrible w/o flash indoors

I gave this as a present to my wife who was looking for something small and easy-to-use, and that also had a little style. It has met most of her requirements and she is quite satisfied. Overall I also find the camera to be quite OK, but I do find the slide-down cover and location of the lens so off-putting as to make me actually dislike the camera. With lens located exactly where most people would hold this small camera body, it is difficult/impossible not to get finger prints on it. And ...

Fortunately I didn't buy this camera. My cousin bought it to shoot candids of her kids since it is small and light. A week after she bought it she called me to ask why the pictures were "not as good as the old canon film P&S she was using". I looked at the images and they were downright awful. I use a G6 and have used several P&S's but this one was probably the worst of the lot. We got it exchanged for a canon S80 and she's been happy with the image quality and battery life. Problems: Battery ...

PIECE OF JUNK I bought this camera because of its size, and the fact it was a Sony. Great size, and materials, a bit heavy, but it feels like its worth $500. BUT, after charging the tiny battery outside the camera, in a poorly designed wall charger, (thats right you have to remove the battery to charge it, it cannot, even with extra accessories, be charged in the camera!) I loaded a duo and the battery and set out for the day of testing. Some of the worst pictures I have ever seen from a ...

I like this camera but I would not buy it again. Pros: 1. the size - easiest to carry and decent pic quality for such size. 2. style - looks good even in the OFF position 3. strong quality built - metal body, glass screen 4. burst shot mode 5. decent movie resolution with no buffer fill-up time limit. 6. histogram is cool and somewhat useful (not YRGB split) 7. good playback features Problems: Cons (or improvements needed): Most important problem: this camera is no good for point and shoot ...

This is the worst camera that I ever try. I don’t understand how Jim Wilson gave such perfect review for this camera. Under impression I bought it in the Best Buy and return in back on the next day. I took about 1000 photos. No one have contrast. And it cost about $650. We tested before SONY P200, CANON SD500 and SONY W7. Those cameras had no problems as T7 has. Problems: 1) Left controls position. 2) Problems with focus: with flash and/or under normal light conditions; 3) Short battery life ...
