I am not a professional photographer, and thats not what this camera is made for. So I dont know why people are whining about picture quality, I am going from a Canon SD300, and the pictures on the Sony look much better. Plus I got a great deal on a black unit for $280.00 direct from Sony! I just wish it was a tad smaller. I think this model is so much better looking then the T-100 and I love the touch screen, which is one reason I opted out of the T-100 and saved $120. Problems: none yet.

The T50 is a nice camera to use. The touch screen makes the many options easy to get to, without having to wade through so many menus as my old camera (Cybershot P-120). Although the body is made of metal, it still feels a little delicate. I'm not sure it would survive if I dropped it. I also worry about the sliding lens cover, as those kind of moving parts have a tendancy to wear out over time. Generally though, I find the camera easy and pleasant to use. The real problem is the image ...

T50 is one of the nicest camera on the market. I admit I fell in love with it on the first sight, so I didn't hesitate long, I bought it. My intention was to have a small snapshot digicam I can take with me easily. The T50 is perfect for this. The huge touchscreen makes it easy to handle. It also makes pretty good quality pictures. Unfortunately only in decent daylight. As soon as you need the flash, you can forget 50-60% of your pictures, they'll be scattered with white spots. The dust and ...

this camera replaced my Canon sd-800. Canon had the worst video sound ever. It could not handle high volume sounds from concerts. It was very dissapointing. So now T50 arrives. What a beauty, both from outside and inside. takes very sharp pictures under most light conditions. Supersteady shot seems to be working better that Canon. High Iso mode has less noise than Canon SD800. The videos have perfect sound quality. The touch screen is so easy to use and classy. The battery life is outstanding ...

i have to say that i don't usually post this kind of reviews, but in all fairness i want to do some justice to this nice camera, especially against the previous posters here. if you want to buy this camera read some of the reviews for t30 and t10, i found them more realistic... even i'm a professional photographer i've bought this camera for my family pictures. reguarding my previous experience with digital cameras (if relevant): for my work i' ve owned: nikon d100, fuji s2, kodak 14n, phase ...

Sony will never learn, there are times when form no matter what will never defeat function. Sounds like a good camera on paper, but not worth it. Problems: 1. Quality of image is unacceptable 7.1 2. Internal memory no real use

I had to exchange this camera for a different model due to white spots in all my pictures taken with the flash. Problems: Terrible white spots in all the pictures taken with the flash.
