Hello.  I usually spend time on the Canon Powershot Talk forum, but I'm hoping you good folks here can possibly help.  The lens cover on my friend's T25 does not open when the lens extends.  It can be opened 'manually' but doesn't fully retract into its housing.  When the camera is turned off it closes correctly. I have tried using a compressed air aerosol to see if I can clear any debris, but no success. Anyone got any ideas?   If all else fails I've wondered about supergluing it permanently...

I know what the second hand price is for some of these, but i cant find a anything that has the same MINT condition. here are the details: * 1x Olympus om-2 spot...

Hello everyone. Has anyone used both of these lenses?   I take some stills but mainly shoot video.  Looking to get a 35mmish FF equivalent lens. I know the Voigtlander is outstanding and have read many great reviews.  I have not seen too much on the Rokinon 16mm T2.2 Cine, though. I understand the light gathering capabilities of the Nokton will be greater and the Nokton will allow for a more shallow DOF.   I am guess I am looking for more the overall "feel" of both lenses. And I have not seen...

Hello all, and Happy New Year:). I have just bought a K5ii and this is my first ever post here. My longest lens is the 18-250 f3.5-6.3 DC Macro (not counting the Danubia 6.3/50mm T2 mirror lens), and I would like to extend my range to, say 400mm. On past experience I would mostly need that length for sports - rowing and sailing regattas mainly, some soccer and boxing, although I would also like to shoot car and horse races. Would appreciate your advice re: options. Haven't really thought...

hi, I know very little about photography. I am not fluent in the use a professional camera, but can point and click. I am using cameras borrowed because they have a mount system that connects to a telescope. All I want to do is take pictures with a telescope. I have a T2 adapter for an Olympus e500 I borrowed. I have an adapter to go from T2 mount to a telescope. However I just realised this camera does not do live view before taking pictures. Big problem when trying to focus a telescope and...

hi, a little background - i own a rebel t21, and love the photos i take with it.  i like to make big prints on canvas and it works great for that, and love the way it works in low light.  i mostly use it on vacation; beaches, camping, site seeing etc.  i mostly use the preset modes, and i am not really looking to learn all of the manual functions, at least at this time, but i do like the viewfinder rather than the lcd and manual zoom in and out.  sometimes though, i dont enjoy carrying it, so...
