It´s super easy to use, the buttons are in the right places, can manage it with one hand prefectly. the video funtion of 640x480 is amazing. i very very like this camera. =) Problems: the only detail is the 16MB memory stick is too little in space for a 3.2 Mp camera....

Got his camera for a week and still trying all features. So far I'm very satisfied. The batteries last incredible long. The pictures are not the best but is among the top 4 in the 3 mg category. Problems: The color is a little off when taking indoor pictures with color background.

I bought this camera because it is portable. I own a f505v and it is not all that portable on my motorcycle. The camera takes good pictures but don't expect Miricles. Use the right tool for the right job and you usually won't go wrong. My 505 takes better. For the price you get good pictures with plenty of features. The battery life is outstanding even when you use the flash and led screen. I'm impressed! The 505 is a battery hog. All in all i love the camera. Good pictures out of a ...

I have a Canon A-70 for about two months. I took about 1000 pics already. My brother just got the P-72. I was happy for him. He got a new dell on the same day. I set up his cam, computer and his new cable modem all in one day. He was a really happy techie that day. Anyway, I am happy with my A-70. I was hoping that his P-72 would take as nice a pic as my A-70. I played with all of the settings on his P72. I was really disappointed. The flash was low on all indoor shots from more than 4 feet ...

Like a lot of people I was between the sony dsc-p72 and the canon A-70. I just bought the sony, its been with me for 2 days and I love it!! I always been a canon guy but this time I compare the sample shots on both on a website and eventhough both are good the sony ones had more life!!the canon is probably great too but All I'm saying is you can not go wrong with the sony. Basically in one day I learn al the main features and I'm taking shots and to my surprise great ones outdoors and ...

Very good camera overall. GOOD THINGS: - The movie mode is very nice (see bad things below). While filming, the camera adjusts the focus and the aperture automatically (you cannot zoom). You can take movies even indoor with normal lighting (pretty amazing!). - This camera is very easy to use. All controls are quickly accessible. It is easy to remember all of them. - The battery life is great and batteries are cheap and easy to recharge (AA). - The outdoor pictures are very nice and colorful. ...

Razor sharp images, excellent battery life. Perfect metering, and colorfull capture. Top quality LCD screen on the P72 - wickedly sharp and contarsty - puts the LCDs on the Canon A range and the Nikon Coolpix 3100 and 4300 below par. I live in the Middle East where certain Western niceties (such as the ability to return a digicam to the shop if you don't like it) just plain do not exist here. To cut a very long investigative story short, a chance link to a camera review on megapixel.net had ...

A good little camera. I'd been wanting a digital camera for some time before i finally decided to buy this one. Past experience using my brothers' cameras pushed me towards the sony brand and i can't say that I'm sorry. The camera is self explanatory with the controls made more usable since the previous incarnation, and i found that i was soon achieving good results. Photos taken outdoors are very good and well lit indoor photos are also nice. Action shots indoors tend to be very blurred ...

I am very satisfied with this camera. I have used a number of digital cameras over the past 4 years and this one by far is my favorite for everyday use. It fits in my pocket so I carry it with me everywhere. Picture quality is excellent and the record time is almost instantaneous. On a fresh set of batteries, even the flash re-charge time is quick. I use it for both close up (macro) and landscape photography and the quality is just as good through the entire range. It is very easy to use, ...
