Takes very fine pics for an amateur 2.6Mpx, but trying to pass as a pro 3.3 this dc fails. It is so easy to format a memory stick so it can be made by error lossing all yor data. Above this is an excellent camera. Problems: There is no way back recovering for formating by error and there is no a therd confirmatios on that.

Im looking at the olympus 3030, and fuji 4700/4900 along with the sony, Im not professional but want to take pics on travel. boating, camping skiing, so want something pretty easy and fast to set up. and good quality. the main difference i see is resolution, of 1856x1392 vs 2048x1536 or 1800. How much diffence is there between them in say a normal 4x6 print, or max 8x10 print? Would i even use the 2048 or does that use up too much memory? Please help and email me thanks! bch2mtns@aol.com jen
