When using my built in flash or my external (Metz 44 AF-1) flash, I noticed the on screen exposure level display doesn't account for the flash being used.  On my NX20, it would adjust accordingly, showing whether I'm properly exposed or not when the flash was enabled.  I couldn't find any thread mentioning this.  Basically I am guessing by the brightness of the screen if the shot is properly exposed.  Has anyone else experienced this or am I missing something in the settings?

Hi, I got my NX20 last year but unfortunately once I fell off and bumped the forehead of the camera. Now the built-in flash cannot be recognized by the camera and will not pop-out. Could anyone give me some suggestion is this an easy problem to fix? Or if I were to buy an external flash, will it be recognized by the camera? Thanks!

I don't want to spend $500 for the Samsung flash. Can anyone recommend a budget friendly flash for my NX20? I want something that rotates vertically and horizontally. I really don't understand external flashes-never owned one before, so I'm not sure how they are triggered.

I'm a long term Nikon and Samsung shooter. I currently use a D300, NX20 and Nikon 1 S1. Each of them have their advantages and disadvantages. I may contemplate replacing them with an NX1 (or more likely NX400evf when it comes). I don't use the D300 much now because the NX20 is much smaller and with better IQ..however I like some of Nikon's advanced shooting modes & thoughtful controls. My question for those of you who have tested the NX1 is: does it support setting a minimum shutter speed...

I am interested into the Yongnuo flash equipment (Yongnuo rf-603, Yongnuo YN560 lll) but I am not sure if I should buy the Canon or the Nikon version - would it make a difference for use on NX20 or NX30? Thomas

Hi, I just got my NX20. I shoot few picts in RAW format and play them on the screen. The screen just shows "processing" for around 8 seconds. Strange? Please share.

I now have the NX30 on order.  I am having it delivered to a non Canadian address to save on shipping cost, import fees and taxes - which amounted to $200.00 (so well worth the wait of a few weeks).  I really like the feel of my NX20 but have been reading a LOT of reviews about the "cheap plastic body" and "empty feeling" of the NX30.  Did they change it substantially from the NX20?? Second question - I am looking to order a spare battery.  I noticed Amazon has the BP-1410 "Nowmowa" brand for...

What's happening with the NX30 price? Started with NOK 9000 - $1500. Something new and better around the corner? Was thinking about NX20 but the cheapest is 3500. Convinced NX30 is really good, but some personal questions: The EVF, I like it but with glasses see only 80% sideways, if I press hard. Better with the rubber off, but will get new glasses - plastic. So without the rubber there could be damage? A general problem with Sony, Panasonic, Canon. Maybe make my own "rubber" edge? Jpegs,...

I'm using the NX20. I have the 45mm and the 20mm prime lenses.  I was considering the 30mm pancake, but I read about the possibility of a 24mm coming soon. Anyone know if this is for sure? I'm also wondering how it will be priced compared to the 30mm.  I am taking newborn portraits, and think the 24mm would be ideal. Any thoughts?
