What's happening with the NX30 price? Started with NOK 9000 - $1500. Something new and better around the corner? Was thinking about NX20 but the cheapest is 3500. Convinced NX30 is really good, but some personal questions: The EVF, I like it but with glasses see only 80% sideways, if I press hard. Better with the rubber off, but will get new glasses - plastic. So without the rubber there could be damage? A general problem with Sony, Panasonic, Canon. Maybe make my own "rubber" edge? Jpegs,...
Been waiting for NX20 price to go down. Best I have seen here in Norway is $600. Would be a lot better than my NX10. But as I asked about it, saw a NX300 for $670, which is the best price here. Although I often need an EVF, NX300 should be handy with my 30mm for concerts and museums, and ok to carry in a belt case? Think NX300 could disappear very fast at this price, so some questions for you. A bit surprised to see almost the same weight for the 300 and 20, and two of the dimensions the...
I have an old NX10 which I would like converted to IR. the reason I want to convert rather than use filters is to prevent light loss, to be able to use all my current lenses and to produce a better result than using Photoshop. Has any one experience of this: - The things I should consider - Is there any good software that, post production, produces result as good as a converted IR camera that makes conversion unnecessary? - Price? - A UK supplier of conversion for NX10 that you have had...
I returned from a six week trip to Europe last Saturday. I decided on taking a NX1000 as my primary camera a standard 20-50mm lens, 20mm and 30mm pancakes, a 50-200mm and a Sigma 10-20mm K-mount with an adapter. I also took a NX10 that I bought second hand as a backup and my old NX100 with a 20-50mm to leave in the UK as a gift for a friend passing through on his way back to Oz from St Vincent. I started using a small neck strap from a cheap case on the NX1000 but the clasp on the strap...
Hello, new to forum^^ I'm planning to get the nx300. I was just wondering about the shooting info on the screen. If you press the display button you can switch on/off the shooting info, histogram, and grid line. However, I couldn't find a way to remove the small shooting mode icon on the top left of the screen (it shows a letter P,A,S,Mdepending on which mode you are in). Can this small icon be removed? Also, does the NX300 work okay with a radio trigger for off camera flash? I can't find...
Was set on Nex7, but it "never came" so I got G3, nice enough. But after getting the old NX10 with 30mm VERY cheap, G3 did not seem that good in daylight any more. And think Panasonic is "cheating us", not the best possible sensor in G6, could mean goodbye. So I'm thinking of Nex6. Been reading some posts but a got lot of questions. Hope for some short answers to make things clearer for a start. Other kit lenes than the 16-50? Lenses other than Nex that can be used without adapter? Like My MD...
I have a NX10 with two lenses. May be interested in NX300 for smaller size, wi-fi, etc. Looks like you can only buy this camera in a package with a lens or two, so says B&H, Amazon. Any thoughts on how one could buy the body only? Seems kind silly to sell a system camera and not make the body available for purchase. Thanks
