Fantastic value for the money. I bought this camera because I wanted to see what you could get for $70 (Ritz May 08). At first I was not impressed. The manual stinks and the controls are not intuitive. But once I downloaded the manual and started to explore it, BINGO. The camera has a wonderful assortment of fetures. Aperture and shutter priority, bracketing, color enhancement features are just a few, there are more. The trick to activating them is through the +/- button. Repeated ...

Bought this camera as a cheap, carry anywhere, happy snaps camera for the times I did not want to take my Canon 350D with me. For AU$99, it has a basic feature set but you'll get but a solid package: *-i~i-i~i-i~i-i~i-i~i-* Pros: - Feels solid enough for a $99 camera - Camera exposes well in Auto/Program mode - Large 2.5" screen that's adequate though the S730 has a higher res screen for those who want it - Easy menus and controls - Good selection of shooting modes for the inexperienced - ...

A very good point and shoot camera for $99, with great flexibility for advanced photography training. Plus: Shirt pocket size, about the same the Nikon L11 or the Fuji F11, with a good 3x zoom lens (35-105mm effective) with automatic control. In addition, program and full manual mode allowing control over almost all shooting parameters except focus. Uses AA batteries, large 2.5” LCD with 150K pixels. Good grip for single (right) hand shooting, good audio feedback of focus (when enabled). ...

camera overview advantages: 1. Option 3:2 (10 * 15) ratio pictures, i.e. what u picture is what u print. 2. 30fps 640*480 video with option to zoom in and out during the filmmaking, the camera change expose & focus very quick when the light & the distance of the object change. 3. reasonable picture quality for very cheep camera. quality it's matter of taste, so u can judge by your self:http://www.flickr.com/photos/peretzb65/sets/72157601461810773// 4.Option to print the date on the picture, ...

So far so good. Lots of Features for $100 bucks. A Wal-Mart purchase. The purchase of rechargable batteries is a must! I like the 640x480 30fps for making some pretty crisp and non-jerky movies for youtube. Problems: No problems, just cheap construction. Hopefully the plastic housing will hold up because I really like this camera.
