<p>Samsung continues to pad out the NV range with slight specification variations. The NV40 offers a higher resolution (10MP) than identical twin the NV30, and - more usefully - throws optical image stabilization into the mix. Otherwise a basic camera with a lot of features but unimpressive photographic specification. (April 2009).</p>
