Bought this for use by my wife, who is an Art & Design student. Already own Nikon F60, which takes brilliant pictures. Overall quality with 350SE is pretty good in comparison. Some problems with contrast in darker areas, but nothing we cannot live with. Sotware is very handy. Problems: Find having to rotate control to view recently taken pictures a bit fiddly. Main complaint is that it eats alkaline batteries, especially when connected to the computer, so about to switch to Ni-MH

I got my camera this past Christmas and I am very satisfied with it. The pictures turn out beautifully and the features are better than good. I would recommend this camera to anyone. Problems: None yet.

Easy to use right out of the box! Comes with 4 aa batteries, 16mb compact flash card, a carry strap and a molded carry case! Takes great pics and is easy to use. I just wish it was made in the USA... (Sadly, I don't think anyone makes a digital camera that is made in the USA.) Problems: I have had no problems with this camera.

Originally this camera was rather daunting, with many menus and settings, but a short time playing with it soon put everything into perspective and the menu functions, although confusing at first, are actually very logical once used to them. I found the images to be not as clear as I had hoped for, with the camera being extremely sensitive to movement all through the range. Light and dark photo's have extreme contrast with the white balance being a little 'off'. Perhaps a more advanced user ...

This digimax 350 SE was a pleasant gift for me... I really believe this camera is clearly the best camera with this price. With a schnizer lends, one of the best features of this camera is a much more accurate focusing system. I liked the macro system, when I took some pictures with this feature, I could get very clear images. The quality of the pictures are very satisfactory. I just wanted to say that this is an excellent all round camera, easy to use. Problems: I have not encountered any ...

pros: Good pictures , sharp and bright also dark areas are visible ,very good balance, good lens. The camera got picture ratio 3/2 which equivalents to 10*15cm print size, what mean you print what you shot you don't have to cut part of the picture when you print or add white spaces to the picture. this is great advantage and rare. Compact flash memory, cheap and very common , so you can borrow some from a friend when you go on a tour. Standard batteries, never get stuck always able to get ...

This is a very nice camera for me. It's neither too small or too large. Image quality is very good to excellent. I found it is enjoyable to use and easy to get very good photos. Shutter lag is not excellent but fast enough that I won't miss good events. Print out on photographic paper (post card and 4x6 inches prints) with highest and second best resolution is more than enough. Few good points for this camera are it uses CF card (cheap), takes 4 AA cells (easy to buy, no worry about ...

I took about 400 pictures with this camera. My opinion is, that pictures are very good. On some conditions the pictures are too darkness, but I think, that there are chanses to improvement with using different settings of camera. The colors are normal. In overall I'm satistified with this camera, only original CF card is a little bit small. Problems: I have no problems with camera.

For the price, this is a pleasant surprise. Samsung has teamed with Schneider-Kreutznach to make a digicam/lens combination that gives quite a lot of image quality for the money. Problems: The angled metal lens opening frame caused severe reflections entering the lens at certain light angles.
