So after almost a year of use here is my GH4 review. Where to start? Well, let me first tell you what I used before GH4. That was a GH2 mostly for video and EPL5 mostly for stills of course. Why did I go for GH4? Strangely, video while important was simply one of the reasons. So what was it: - DFD promised much better action shooting (withC-AF) and reviews showed it deliverd. - (thus) 7.5 fps with C-AF - Handling and ergonomics (EPL5 is of course far behind, but that is expected) - IQ on par ...

I love the handling, camera feels perfect in my hands, not to light, not to heavy, great performance for picture-series, with one accu i could make more then a 1000 pictures AF is mostly fast, even with f:5,6 lenses and mostly precise - I rate it better then Olympus, much better then Sony, Samsung, Fujifilm, Canon, Leica - i tried them under same conditions. I worked in Florida, India, Spain last year and fit all my traveling with the GH4, there was no bad situation, with the small lenses I ...

Having owned the GH2, and currently owning the GH3 and GH4, I have to say that I am very pleased to have gone the route of MFT camera format. It suits me very well, as I shoot mostly videos and did not want to invest in a large ENG / shoulder mount video camera. The GH4 is a significant step up from the GH3, with improvements in color and contrast, audio control, 4K in-camera recording, and an improved iPhone app. Too many new features to review here, as others have done extensive reviews ...

I will try to make another video to explain how to get the most out of the built-in wireless features. Here is the text from the ...

Better than my GH3 in every way. I use mine mostly for indoor 1080 P60 Video What we need now is a Lumix 7-14 f/2.8 The f/4 does not cut it in low light so I returned mine.

Greetings, I spent some time in the quaint area within Miami known as La Pequeña Habana to test my new GH4. I transitioned between stills and video to acquaint myself with its features and operation. In this video I use my Panasonic 7-14mm f4, Lumix 12-35mm f2.8 & Lumix 35-100mm f2.8. I am very happy to have Ex. Tele Convert for MOV 1080p 60fps 200mbps now. The GH3 limits it to MP4 with a lower bit rate. I used the 35-100mm in this mode to essentially get 480mm f2.8 (35mm FOV) This will be ...
