Very disappointed! The FZ1 is my first digital camera - and I am very disappointed! Maybe it is just the wrong camera for me, as almost everybody else in this forum seems to be very happy with it. The positive aspects: It is really easy to use, the handling is excellent. A 12x optical zoom in such a compact camera is unique The zooming speed is very good. This model has a ultra-zoom 12x len from Leica but its quality not like Leica. It's easy for using. When you use "Vivid" mode, you can find that the sharpness and saturation of the photos will be adjust by your camera just like what Adobe Photoshop can do. Problems: Image Stabilizer only effect when your zoom is less than 8x. It's very difficult to focus when the illumination of landscape is not enough. I can see many noise spots when the illumination of landscape is not enough(even ISO 50). ...
