What a great camera! All the functions you ever dreamed of, in a super small package. The killer function is the image stabalizer. I am able to shoot without a tripod nice sharp pictures at a 1/4 second shutter speed. The camera is about the size of a credit card, but about 2-2.5 cm thick. The LCD on the back takes up the entire back side. The camera has tons of features (see the full *****report), and use it reasonably easy. Camera works fine with Linux (haven't used it with Windows yet). T ...

This is my 4th digicam in the last few years and the best so far. I've had it for 2 weeks at this point. The picture quality is superb - much better than what's on pbase and more on the level of what I saw in the reviews of it on megapixel and dpreview. Very detailed. By keeping the iso low and using the OIS I have gotten great night pics. Build quality is rock solid. This thing is expensive, but that is reflected in the build quality and the lens quality. For some reason electronics buyers ...

It is a nice little point-and-shoot camera with a few advanced features. This camera scores a lot by having the digital stabilizer. Although many people reported problems with battery life, it is easily overcome becasue the battery for this camera is generically available for cheap. Many people do not know that the NP-40 battery, usually advertised for casio models fits perfectly for this camera. You can get a non-oem extended life battery for about $10 on ebay. Problems: None so far.

I have this camera for 2 weeks, and it is my first digital camera. I was reading many user opinions about cameras and many revues and made my choice on this one It is great little camera, I could recommend it to everyone. Great pictures, big LCD, easy of use. Just great. I bought extra memory card, because the included one is funny 16 M capacity. My sister has Sony T1, but I like mine much more :) Problems: The body is easy to scratch and the battery could last longer, but this doesn’t ...

I presently own a Nikon D70 kit, a Sony Cybershot DSC-W1, a Canon A95 PowerShot, several film Leicas and lenses, and several film Contax bodies and many of Contax's best lenses (e.gs., 21mm f/2.8 Distagon, 28mm f/2.8 Distagon, 85mm f/2.8 Sonnar, and 150mm f2/8 Olympic Sonnar, etc.), yet this little camera is one of my favorites, if not my absolute favorite. The reason is the portability, coupled with the picture quality which has escaped too many reviewers of this camera, but not several of ...

Just bought 2 days and so far, have taken a few simple shoots. The pics taken by this camera are great especially indoor without flash. Images are sharp even without OIS functions Problems: Too big LCD screen which does not give space for you to hold camera with other hand. No date imprint on the photo.:(

OK after 2 month I can say: The Mega OIS is incredible! in the first shots I can't realize that but now I know that give a big help... and many times you can take the Flash OFF! Great! Problems: Low Battery autonomy No Playback audio Not so beautifull graphical interface

I've had this camera for a month now and I'm really happy with it. One not usually mentioned great feature of this camera is it's impressive continous shooting mode. With enough light it can take 4 full resolution shots in about a second, and then it's ready for another 4 in just a couple seconds. I use it all the time, to select best shots. Photo quality is usually excellent, much better than the average compact digicam, and shots are really well balanced. Noise is quite high in ISO 200 or ...

I've this camera for three weeks now. It fullfills my needs to have a (trouser)pocket camera everywhere I go. So far everybody falls in love with the sensual aspects of this camara (vervet blue). Pro's : - crisp image quality - excellent colors - stabilizing feature - small, sensuous, lovely - large viewing screen, 2.5inch, no need for optical viewer Con's : - noise (outspoken in dim light) - audio playback not available - poor video, no resolution (only 320x240) Problems: No problems so far
